"Toss the Feathers" (Gaelic "Croith Na Cleití"), also known as "The Creaking Headboard"<br> and Sonny Brogan’s.<br> There seem to be two tunes named "Toss the Feathers"; one in E Dorian and this<br> one in D Mixolydian. I learned this from Mick Malloney.<br> There are plenty of triplets which add uniqueness to the tune.<br> It was recorded by Kevin Burke, The Chieftans, The Boys of the Lough, Mick Malloney,<br> De Dannan, The Dubliners and others.<br>
